Nathalie Udo is the founder of InDepth Strategies, LLC, a boutique global leadership and business firm. She also serves as a Strategic Advisor on Leadership, Sustainability & Corporate Consciousness with International Institute for Learning, Inc. (IIL).
Nathalie has more than 15 years of consulting and executive coaching experience with a strong focus on program management, strategy execution, and process improvement design and implementation. She has led complex international full lifecycle product development and enterprise implementation projects for companies including Royal Dutch Airlines, Boeing, Baan, Alcatel-Lucent, Autodesk, Kaiser Permanente, and Fireman's Fund.
In addition to Organizational Survival: Profitable Strategies for a Sustainable Future, Nathalie is co-author of Scrappy Women in Business: Living Proof that Bending the Rules Isn't Breaking the Law (©2010 Happy About), a collection of true stories about women who overcame obstacles in both their professional and personal lives to become extraordinary business leaders. She has written several papers on program management and global team interactions and presented at international conferences. She also served as Chapter President of PMI San Francisco Bay Area Chapter and an advisor on PMI Leadership Advisory Group.
Nathalie has a Master's Degree in Economics and Business Administration from University of Maastricht, Netherlands. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC®), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM).
